St Mary's Notices

Please join us this Sunday for our service of Morning Worship with an Advocate Slot at 10am. This week is Bible Sunday, so please bring your favourite bible with you to church! There will be activities for children
during the service and we also look forward to hearing an update from The SOaR Project. In the evening there will be a service of Holy Communion with an Advocate Slot at 6pm.

Rev Liz Rawlings will be leading this week’s Worship with a Creative Flavour at 6pm. There will be a short
service of Evening Prayer followed by refreshments. After this, Liz has kindly offered to lead a creative exploration of some ‘Habits of Prayer’ for everyday life. An evening not to be missed!

Please come and join us on Sunday at 10am for our service of Morning Worship with Communion. The service will be taken by Chris Taylor. There will be an activity for children in the Chapter House during the service and all are welcome!

Please join us for a short service of Morning Prayer followed by a delicious soup lunch. The service will be on Wednesday 12th October at 11.30am. Please invite friends and neighbours too!

Please join us for Harvest in a Barn at Home Farm this Sunday! It will begin at 10am. Please remember to bring a chair and wear warm clothing. At 6pm there will be a traditional service of Harvest Communion at St Mary's. Everyone is very welcome and please invite friends and neighbours!

Come and join us for Forest Church this Saturday. Mossy Church will run from 3pm - 4.30pm, with Campfire Compline straight afterwards from 4.45pm - 5.15pm. All are welcome!

Our collection this Sunday will be for the Tearfund Harvest Appeal. Donations can also be made online by clicking the link below.

Please join us on Sunday for Morning Worship with Communion at 10am. This will be our final celebration of Creationtide, with activities for children in the service. Our evening service of Book of Common Prayer will be at 6pm.

Please join us for our next Table Talk meeting - an opportunity for gentlemen who live on their own to meet together to share lunch and chat. The meetings take place on the last Wednesday of each month at the Toby Carvery, Forest Road at 12 noon. We look forward to seeing you.
