Carols on the Move! Sunday 19th December
From 4pm-6pm. As it didn't feel safe to host large numbers in the building, we thought we would take our Carol Service out on the streets! A map will be produced nearer the time showing a route and rough timings for each stop along the way, ending at the church with refreshments. If you can't manage the full route, please join us when you can and invite friends and neighbours to come along.
Christmas in the Woods - Monday 20th - Friday 24th December
10am-3pm each day. Following the success of last year, we will again be hosting this 'drop in' event for people to explore the Christmas story at interactive stations around the wood.

The vision comprises three broad themes:
We believe in the transforming love of God helping people become and grow as followers of Jesus Christ and in sharing God’s love with our local community. St Mary’s has a warm and friendly atmosphere and a welcoming congregation. We would love to see you at any of our services or events.
We have a ministry team at St Mary’s led by our Vicar Adele, and comprising an Ordinand in training, Readers, and many others who volunteer and generously support the mission and ministry of the church.
St Mary’s Nanpantan - seeking to encounter God, grow in faith and serve our community.
See here for a brief history of the Church.
Giving to St Mary's
One way that we worship is to give money regularly to God's work at St Mary’s.
Your generous giving accounts for most of our income and makes everything we do at St Mary’s possible.
Giving to Others
St Mary’s supports mission partners in the UK and overseas.
We believe that our first 10% (the tithe) is offered to God’s mission and so, as well as prayer, we support these partners with the tithe from our voluntary income.
If you have a safeguarding concern, then please contact our local Safeguarding Co-ordinator, Mary Harries at email@example.com or the Parish Priest, Rev Adele Adshead revAdele@stmaryincharnwood.org.uk.
If you wish to speak to the Diocesan Safeguarding Team, or to someone outside the church, their contact details are available on the diocesan website
